International Freight Forwarding Business Development / Sales


  • A four-year degree or education beyond high school preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years outside sales experience selling International Freight Forwarding as an individual contributor
  • Candidates must be currently selling Freight Forwarding in and around a major U.S. city as posted
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • A “hunter-like” sales personality – persistent in finding new business and growing existing business
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quota
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Business savvy


  • Sales and Biz Development must include air – ocean – international freight forwarding.
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Develop solutions
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Generate leads and maintain client relationships
  • Collaborate with teams and report on progress

Base salary plus bonus – and outstanding benefit package.

Candidate must live within 60 miles of a major airport.
