A human resources veteran and reputable employment specialist for over two decades, Robin leads the firm with a solid foundation of knowledge and excellence. Located in central Somerset, New Jersey, she and a team of company experts specialize in the top-notch placement and recruitment of Logistics, Human Resources, Transportation and Information Technology candidates, as well as in professional HR Consulting and Training.
Prior to opening Staubach & Associates, Robin spearheaded and directed full-scope corporate Human Resources efforts for more than 20 years for Nabisco, Ryder Integrated Logistics, Sea-Land Service/CSX and Lesney Products/ Matchbox Toys. Creative in her solutions, but always focused on the goal, Robin possesses expert knowledge and a proven track record in such areas as: Labor Relations & Negotiations; Process Improvement & Benchmarking; Organizational Development; Corporate Restructuring/Redesign; Customer Service; Internal Consulting; Training & Development Strategies; and Staffing & Recruiting.
Robin earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing and Labor Relations from Seton Hall University, and an MBA in Human Resources from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is a member of both the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Council Logistic Management.
