Remote – Midwest Territory – fifty percent travel


  • A four-year degree is required.
  • A minimum of eight years’ experience in the Midwest – with recent experience selling thermoforming in custom packaging {NOT STOCK}.
  • Demonstrated track record securing new customers while expanding share within existing customers
  • A solid understanding of the key drivers within the packaging environment
  • A track record of developing product and price positioning strategies to drive growth while maximizing profitability
  • Value based comparative selling strategies
  • Experience calling on corporate level relationships while identifying key decision makers in purchasing, sales, marketing, and manufacturing
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills


  • Selling custom thermoforming trays, clamshells, blister packaging {NOT STOCK} to retail, health care, and food markets in the Midwest.
  • Manage territory travel to optimize interaction with customers – handling quotes and forecasting to ensure a sales cycle through CRM input.
  • Seek new business opportunities through market analysis, leads from marketing, and cold calling to result in profitable growth
  • Analize customer and market needs
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to include trade show activities
