  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR Compensation
  • Previous experience in the Annual Compensation Processes
  • Experience in Compensation related to Strategic Planning – tied to business objectives
  • Any industry background


  • Must have ability to interpret and present insights to a complex organization to include:
    • Plan Design
    • Internal Consulting
    • Job Evaluation
    • Market Pricing
    • Data Set Modeling
  • Internal Consulting with Business leaders on Strategy, Internal Equity, and Market Competitiveness decisions

Position  is Hybrid – 2-3 days in the office
