Requirements:

• A Bachelors’ Degree required
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Product Management or Marketing in a manufacturing distribution environment
• Must have several years’ experience in consumer or hard goods product sold in big box retail operations.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to set goals, develop plans, and implement them.
• Drive New product Development and lead a team of Product Engineers

• Creative
• Strong collaborator and communicator

• Strategic and tactical skills to provide technical details  and expertise on a new product lines.
• Manage Product Engineers

Job Duties:

• You will drive new product development in electronic, electromechanical and mechanical products
• Assist in at least five new products being developed each month – by understanding product lifecycle and how to deliver new products effectively.
• Be the voice of the customer
