Requirements:

• Degree preferred
• At least five years Manufacturing Management experience that includes:
  • A strong manufacturing background in lean processing with an industry preference in electronics
  • Large industrial equipment
  • Advanced fabrication/assembly process operations
  • Refrigeration systems a plus
• Must have supervised both engineers and production employees {of at least 250 employees}
• Must have had financial responsibility for the manufacturing operation
• Must have Lean Six Sigma background and strong continuous improvement mindset
• Managed at least six direct reports

Responsibilities:

• You will direct both fabrication functions and manufacturing production
• Using lean increase throughput by changing processes
• Drive continuous improvement on the plant floor while providing a safe work environment
• Analyze reports on operation activities
• Review production and operating reports
• Develop value streams
• Lead new product introduction
• Optimize manufacturing processes – safety – product quality, facility utilization, people utilization , inventory management all within budget and time constraints.
