Requirements: 

• A four-year degree is required
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• At least 1 year HR Generalist and Labor Relations experience in a union environment to include:
  • Recruiting
  • Performance Management
  • Training and Development
  • H.R. project management
  • Employee Relations
  • Working knowledge of bargaining agreements
• Industry experience in agriculture or similar

Responsibilities:

Work on site as a partner and coach to managers regarding:

• Employee relations
• Dispute resolution
• Hiring and selection
• VISA programs
• Training
• Performance management
• Community relations
• Culture change

Excellent salary – bonus
