Requirements:

• A four-year degree is required
• Industrial Manufacturing industry background required
• At least 5 years HR Generalist and Labor Relations experience in a union environment to include:
  • Recruiting
  • Performance Management
  • Training and Development
  • Employee Relations
  • Working knowledge of bargaining agreements
• HRIS
• Policy and Procedure
• Compensation – Job Evaluation

Responsibilities:

Work on site as a partner and coach to managers regarding:

• Employee relations
• Dispute resolution
• Hiring and selection

Company paid nationwide  relocation
