- Industrial Manufacturing industry background required
- At least 5 years HR Generalist and Labor Relations experience in a union environment to include:
- Recruiting
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- Employee Relations
- Working knowledge of bargaining agreements
- HRIS
- Policy and Procedure
- Compensation – Job Evaluation
Responsibilities:
Work on site as a partner and coach to managers regarding:
- Employee relations
- Dispute resolution
- Hiring and selection
Company paid nationwide relocation
