- A four-year degree is required
- At least 5 years HR Generalist experience in any type manufacturing plant
- 2 years’ experience supervising other team members in Human Resources
Responsibilities:
Support of several hundred employees in a manufacturing plant in all HR areas which include:
- Employee Relations
- Talent Management
- Compensation
- Benefits and Wellness
- Safety Programs and Workers Compensation
- Recruitment and Selection
