Requirements:

  • A four-year degree is required
  • At least 5 years HR Generalist experience in any type manufacturing plant
  • 2 years’ experience supervising other team members in Human Resources

Responsibilities:

Support of several hundred employees in a manufacturing plant in all HR areas which include:

  • Employee Relations
  • Talent Management
  • Compensation
  • Benefits and Wellness
  • Safety Programs and Workers Compensation
  • Recruitment and Selection
