- At least a four-year degree required
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR Operations
- Manage five plus professionals that assist you in optimizing HR operations
- Drive efficiencies in HR processes with a focus on cost optimization
- Lead HR Operations in all North America projects with a focus on standardization, strategies, and life cycle processes
- Collaborating with global counterparts – ensure updated processes, policies and procedures are aligned
- Lead in deployment of HR global projects
- Leading system transformation and integrations
- Set strategy / timeline and metrics for processes
- Oversite of Payroll (ADP payroll background is not required)
Very high six figure salary and company paid relocation.
