Customer Service Rep

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year customer service – preferred in manufacturing
  • Additional education beyond high school preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn MRP/ERP systems such as SAP

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy Email Correspondence, Entering Orders, Entering quotations
  • Answering calls and following up on customer requests

Training for Position is Monday through Friday – 9am-5pm at the office. You may then move to a Hybrid situation after training {2 or 3 days in the office starting mid to late September}.
