Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year customer service – preferred in manufacturing
- Additional education beyond high school preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to learn MRP/ERP systems such as SAP
Responsibilities:
- Heavy Email Correspondence, Entering Orders, Entering quotations
- Answering calls and following up on customer requests
Training for Position is Monday through Friday – 9am-5pm at the office. You may then move to a Hybrid situation after training {2 or 3 days in the office starting mid to late September}.
