–  5 days in office – privately owned – real estate investment 

Requirements:

• A four-year degree in an Accounting is required
• And a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate investment and development
• Public accounting experience a plus
• Must have understanding of real estate fundamentals, partner capital structures, waterfall distributions, and IRRs

Responsibilities:

The company engages in large real estate projects in all asset classes. The accounting group is small so you will have a diversity of duties which include both accounting and finance.

You will be responsible for the investment partnership accounting activities and corporate accounting functions for operational and development real estate.

Duties include:

• Complete financial close and reporting
• Preparing year-end tax package
• Calculating and preparing periodic distributions and capital calls to partners for CFO
• Maintain master tax preparation list
• Assist CFO in forecasting, investment analysis, budgeting
• Provide asset management support of Company investments
• Assist and manage the due diligence process
