Remote – 5-days travel Mid-West Sales territory

Requirements:

  • A four-year degree or education beyond high school preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years outside sales experience selling transportation and logistics services for well-established client.
  • Candidates must be currently selling Logistic and Transportation services in the Midwest and be willing to travel 5 days each week.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • A “hunter-like” sales personality – persistent in finding new business and growing existing business
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quota
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Business savvy

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Biz Development must include Air, Ocean, Express, Project Freight, and Warehousing and other value add logistic services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Develop solutions
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Generate leads and maintain client relationships
  • Collaborate with teams and report on progress

Base salary plus bonus – and outstanding benefit package.

Candidate must live within 60 miles of a major airport in the Midwest.
